Dona Bullock, owner and World Champion Hair Stylist, opened Joelle Salon with her daughters Mandie “Joelle” Powell and Danielle Powell Wilson to create a family business founded on a belief in excellence. Whether it is giving a woman a savvy, current look or giving back to the community, together Team Joelle has built a salon based on complete client satisfaction.
